I am a practitioner of Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), licensed in Alberta and nationally certified. I focus on creating a welcoming and secure environment where people can discover their innate strength to heal and move forward.

Most of my work life has been in the Western medicine setting as an Occupational Therapy Assistant, and then in 2015, cancer struck, and I knew I needed to change my life. As you can imagine, the ‘C’ word was shocking, and I believed my life was over! 5 years prior to my diagnosis, I experienced the loss of my brother, mom and dad all to cancer. I also watched and supported my younger sister as she went through 4 years of chemotherapy which eventually ended in her death. When I was diagnosed, I was terrified to take chemo, so I turned to the oncologist for help, trying to decide if chemo was my only option, and according to them, it was! With the help of family, I decided to take my health into my own hands and radically changed my diet, received a high dose of Vitamin C IV and began to look at my relationship with myself and others. And I did it! I took my health into my own hands, and I am still here enjoying a new career in holistic health.

It is my most earnest wish that I can somehow help others take control of their health and offer the understanding that when the body is given what it needs, it can operate the way it should.

Experience the benefits for yourself.

“Yin/Yang are the way of Heaven and Earth, the great principle and outline of everything, the parents of change, the root and source of life and death, the palace of gods. Treatment of disease should be based upon the roots (of Yin/Yang).”
